This logo indicates that there is no content on your Storyteller and that it is necessary to connect it to the Luniistore to add stories:

Please note that to disconnect the device from the Luniistore, it is necessary to click on the small picture of the Storyteller at the top right of the Luniistore and then on "Eject".
If your Storyteller is not recognized by the Luniistore, in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, we suggest that you format your Storyteller. To know how to format your Storyteller, click here 👈👈👈
If the formatting did not resolve the situation, please contact us and send a photo or a screenshot of the error encountered as well as the error reports generated by the Luniistore : these files will help us identify the origin of the blockage encountered (click here to know where to find these files).
