The original cable is a specific micro-USB cable: it allows the charge of the device as well as the data transfer (some other cables are limited to the charging function of the devices and therefore do not allow Luniistore™ to communicate with the device).
The USB cable provided with My Fabulous Storyteller is a small black USB cable as shown in the photo. If your Fabulous Storyteller is not detected by the Luniistore™, do not hesitate to test several USB cables in your possession (the cables provided with smartphones are generally compatible).
