Did you write to us recently? There are two options:
- You receive an email confirming that your request has been received and taken into account. This email contains a 5-digit reference number: please note it down! It will be useful for future correspondence with our after-sales service.
- If you haven't received a confirmation email within 5 minutes, please check that the confirmation email has not landed in the (spam) folder of your mailbox. If no email appears, we invite you to send us your message again via a different email address, if possible.

Please reply directly to the confirmation email received. This way, all the information is gathered in one place, and your request is processed as quickly as possible.
Since all requests are processed in the order they are received, sending a brand new email will place you at the bottom of the list of messages processed by our after-sales service. It will increase the processing time of your request, despite all our efforts to make us available to you as quickly as possible.
In short, replying to the email received (instead of sending a new one) will guarantee that your request be taken into account more quickly :)
It can happen, during certain periods, that our team processes a higher number of requests. The processing time of your message can then take up to 72 hours.
