You can change your billing address from our website Lunii.com, or from the Luniistore. However, the delivery address can only be modified from our website, as the audio stories from the Luniistore aren't sent to you by post.
To change an address from the Luniistore: click on the "My Account" section at the top right of the window and go to the "Payment and Invoices" tab.
Click on "Change", enter your new address and then click on "Search" to geolocate your address and have it taken into account.
If your address does not appear in the list after clicking on "Search", click on "My exact address is not listed" and tick the "Use these details for the billing address" box to confirm your address.
You can't change your delivery address from the Luniistore app. You can either change it the next time you place an order or you can change it via the account section on the website.
To change an address from Lunii.com: click on the My Account section at the top right of the window and then go to the bottom of the page. Click on Modify on the address of your choice (delivery or billing), enter your new address then click on Validate to geolocate your address for it to be taken into account.
If you want to change both addresses, tick the Use this information for billing/delivery address box.
