🎧 My Octave Headphones has a sound problem
A sound problem on My Octave Headphones can come from two sources: the audio cable or the headphone itself.
In order to verify where the concern comes from, the audio cable or Octave itself, and to be able to provide you with the appropriate solution, we invite you first of all to try to:
- Plug another headset into My Fabulous Storyteller
- Plug My Octave Headset into another device
You can also test with another double jack audio cable if you have one, it is a 3.5mm M/M jack cable (shown below).
If the problem is with the cable, we invite you to contact us by sending us your complete postal address so that we can send you a new one. If the problem is more of a headphone problem, we invite you to send us the purchase invoice for your Octave Headset so that we can take care of it within our after-sales service.
🎧 My Octave Headphones is broken
It can happen that the rivets of My Octave Headphones break. This may be due to wear and tear, excessive use or a defect in the product.
If this happens to you, we invite you to contact us by sending us the invoice for the purchase of your Octave Headset and if possible a photo illustrating the concern for our after-sales service.
