We first suggest that you check the problem does not come from the headset or the earphones you use. To do this, connect your headset/earphones to another device such as your phone: if they work, the problem comes from My Fabulous Storyteller; if they don't work, the issue comes from your headset/earphones.
You can also connect other earphones or another headset to My Fabulous Storyteller to check the origin of the problem.
Finally, if the headset you are using is My Octave Headset and your diagnosis leads you to believe that the problem is due to the latter, we invite you to try, if you can, of course, to connect your Octave Headset to the Fabulous Storyteller via another 3.5mm M/M jack cable:
- If the problem persists, the problem comes from My Octave Headset.
- If the problem is fixed, the problem most likely comes from the jack cable.
After these few manipulations, we invite you to contact us and specify the type of problem encountered by your device as well as the information collected by testing with various earphones/headsets and on several devices. The more details you can provide to our team, the more we will be able to help you find the right solution as quickly as possible.
