If your coupon code appears as invalid, please begin by checking that all the characters you entered are correct. The number zero (0) can be confused with the letter o written in capitals (O). Moreover, all the characters of a book code are capital letters. Thus, the letter I can only correspond to the capital letter i, but not to a lowercase L.
If all the characters entered in the Book code field are correct, please contact us for more information, and remember to send us a photo of the code.

If your book code indicates that the offer has expired, it usually means that the coupon code has already been used.
