Having trouble synchronizing your Fabulous Storyteller Lunii-3 model [Wi-Fi connection]? There are several possible scenarios:
✨ The Fabulous Storyteller has never been associated with my account
If you haven't yet linked your Fabulous Storyteller Lunii-3 model to your account via the Lunii mobile application, you may not be able to synchronize your Fabulous Storyteller.

✨ I launch the synchronization, it starts but doesn't work
Scenario 1: You've launched a synchronization but the Storyteller can't connect to a known Wi-Fi network. If we're right, this logo appears on your Storyteller:
There are several possible reasons:
1. No Wi-Fi signal! You are out of range of one of the Wi-Fi networks to which you previously connected your Storyteller (📶As a reminder, you can register up to 10 Wi-Fi networks on your Storyteller which will try to connect to one of these networks every time you launch a synchronization).
The solution? Check that the Internet network you are trying to connect to is registered to your Storyteller.
If this isn't the case, go to "Storyteller Settings" in your account on the mobile app and click on "Manage your Wi-Fi networks". From here, you will be able to delete old Wi-Fi networks to which you no longer have access (by clicking on "Forget Wi-Fi networks") or add a new Wi-Fi network (by clicking on "Add a Wi-Fi network").
2. A Wi-Fi signal is found but it is too weak. You are too far from your Internet box or your Wi-Fi is too weak.
The solution? Move closer to your Internet box (ideally in the same room, as walls, metal parts and connected objects can interfere with or completely block the signal ⚠️).
If you find that your Wi-Fi connection isn't working properly with your Fabulous Storyteller, first try restarting your Internet box.
🙅♀️ If the blocking persists, contact your Internet provider to find out why the signal is so weak.
3. The password is no longer correct. For example: the password was changed after you registered this Wi-Fi on your Storyteller, so the device can no longer connect to it.
The solution? It is not possible to change the password from the Lunii mobile application. The only solution is to delete the network and then re-register it with the new password!
1️⃣ To delete a network, go to "Storyteller Settings" in your account on the mobile app, then click on "Manage your Wi-Fi networks". From here, you can delete your Wi-Fi network by clicking on "Forget Wi-Fi networks", then selecting it and clicking on "Forget".
2️⃣ To add a new network, go to "Storyteller Settings" in your account on the mobile app, then click on "Manage your Wi-Fi networks". To get started, you'll need to connect your Storyteller to your account. Once connected, you can add a new Wi-Fi network by clicking on "Add a Wi-Fi network". Select the network you wish to connect to, click on "Next" and enter the password for the box.
💡 Please make sure your password is case-sensitive.
Scenario 2: You have launched a synchronization, it has started but failed or has not been successful. If we're right, this logo appears on your Storyteller:
There are several possible reasons:
1. The Wi-Fi network has been lost during synchronization. The Internet box has switched off or the Storyteller is no longer within range of the Wi-Fi signal.
The solution? Check that your Internet box is switched on. If in doubt, restart your box. Move the Storyteller closer to your Internet box and try again.
2. The Storyteller was shut down during synchronization.
The solution? Plug your Storyteller to recharge. For a complete recharge, we recommend a 2-hour charge.
