Apple M1 processor 🍏 is not currently compatible with the Luniistore authorization systems.
If your Mac is equipped with the M1 processor and you have a first-generation version of My Fabulous Storyteller that has not been updated yet, the latter will not be detected by the Luniistore because this configuration is not supported.
To be detected, your storyteller needs to be updated via another device (so that it can later run on your Mac M1).
These are the steps to follow:
- Connect your Fabulous Storyteller to another computer with a Windows, Mac (other than M1), or Linux compatible version.
- Update your Fabulous Storyteller. An update will be suggested by the Luniistore.
- Once the device is updated via another computer, the storyteller can be detected by your Mac with an M1 processor 😊
