✨ Is it possible to save a story through the Lunii app and upload it to the library of several different Luniistore accounts?
No, this is not currently possible: you cannot transfer stories saved through an account A on My Lunii Studio to your Luniistore account A as well as account B.
You must therefore register the stories via My Lunii Studio by logging into the same account as the Lunii account linked to your Storyteller (which is also the account used to connect to the Luniistore)
To do this you will have to:
- Click on the audiobook in question
- Click Edit the story
- Click Delete the story
- Only tick the box marked Remove from my Luniistore Library
- Then click on the red button, at the bottom of the page Delete the story
- Log out of the Lunii mobile application and then log in again with the login info of the Luniistore account to which you want to export the story.
- Then, export the desired story again.
✨ What are the format constraints for the story recorded on My Lunii Studio?
You are free to record anything, with a maximum recording time of 15 minutes.
✨ What happens if I delete a saved story?
- If you delete a story from your Lunii app, the story will be deleted on the app; but if you have already transferred it to your library on the Luniistore, it will still be available there
- Likewise, if you delete the story from your library on the Luniistore, the story will still be available on your Lunii app.
- ☝ On the other hand, if you delete your stories on My Lunii Studio and in the library on the Luniistore, you will not be able to recover them.
✨ What happens to my saved stories if I uninstall the Lunii app?
Stories that you have saved on the Lunii app will be deleted from your phone.
If you want to reinstall the Lunii app later, you will not be able to find any previously saved stories on the app.
On the other hand, if you uninstall the Lunii app, but have uploaded the stories to your library on the Luniistore before uninstalling, these stories will be kept on your library on the Luniistore.
✨ Where can I find my stories saved in the Luniistore?
Stories saved on My Lunii Studio that you upload to your Luniistore account will be visible on the Luniistore desktop application in the My Library tab: at the very bottom of the page in the My Studio tab.
✨ Do I need a minimum internet connection to use the application? And if so, what happens if there is an insufficient connection?
Your internet connection may be insufficient to save a story or to upload the story from the Lunii app to your library on the Luniistore. In this case, you will have to wait for a stronger internet connection to continue creating the story or uploading the recorded story to your library on the Luniistore.
✨ Is it possible to modify the recording, the title, the cover image, or images of the story once it has been exported to the Luniistore library?
Yes, it is always possible to modify these elements by selecting the story on the Lunii app (at the My Lunii Studio page), and clicking on "edit". If you choose to edit one or more of these items, you will need to upload the story back to your library on the Luniistore so that the story is also updated there; this implies that the previous version of the story will be overwritten and replaced by the new version.
✨ Can I upload pre-recorded audio files to the Lunii application?
No, this feature has not been developed yet.
