We need to issue an invoice for each audio story, which will then be available in the Library on your Luniistore account. This also applies to audio stories downloaded for free with a book code, which is why we ask you to provide us with a billing address.

Following new regulations, we are required to collect the VAT rates for each country. The VAT rate may vary depending on your country of connection. However, you won't receive the invoices by post: you will find all your invoices compiled in your Luniistore account in the Payment and invoices section. You can download them in PDF format. |
