The triangle-shaped ERROR icon (appearing on the front of your Fabulous Storyteller) indicates that an error has been detected on the SD card.
You can correct this error by performing a reset on the Luniistore via the page My Fabulous Storytellers in the Luniistore. This operation will not delete your Library. However, you will have to add your desired audiobooks in your Fabulous Storyteller again.
After resetting, if the ERROR logo still appears or recurs, we invite you to contact us and explain the issue you are experiencing with your Fabulous Storyteller. Please remember to send us your full postal address, allowing us to potentially send you spare parts.
